If you are unsatisfied with your food or beverage, please inform our staff immediately at the time of service. We will gladly replace the item or remove it from your bill if it does not meet our quality standards. Once an item has been largely consumed or taken off the premises, we cannot offer a refund.
ADVANCE ORDERS
For large orders or catering arranged in advance, a non-refundable deposit may be required. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid full charges.
PAYMENT ERRORS
If you are overcharged due to a technical error (e.g., UPI or card machine failure), the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
